Whether for open-air events, street festivals, home garden parties or the stylish illumination of architecture and buildings: LED PAR spotlights must meet special requirements for outdoor use. The spotlights used must be able to withstand the weather for their purpose and also provide as much power as possible. The VEGA ARC Pro I MKII from lightmaXX combines both properties in a robust housing.
Equipped with a robust and weatherproof housing of protection class IP65 according to DIN EN 60529, powerful LED technology with high light quality and RGBWA color mixing as well as a noiseless cooling concept through cooling fins and detachable connection cables, the lightmaXX VEGA ARC Pro I MKII recommends itself as a professional outdoor all-rounder.
Equipment
The current model offers a very effective light output with a total of 18 LEDs of 5 watts each. The LEDs have the primary colors red, green, blue and white, which allows the entire color spectrum to be reproduced. The beam angle of the LEDs is 45°. Integrated color macros, color change and color fading, dimmer as well as an adjustable stroboscope effect always allow for varied lighting effects.
Control
The lightmaXX Vega ARC Pro I MKII can be controlled in standalone mode without further intervention or in time with the music. The music is controlled via the integrated microphone. Of course, the spotlight can also be operated in master/slave mode. For control via DMX, 4 or 8 channels are available.
Weatherproof and fanless
As an outdoor fixture, lightmaXX VEGA ARC Pro I MKII is fully protected against dust and water jets (nozzle) from any angle. The specially developed die-cast housing dissipates heat extremely well and offers waterproof 3-pin DMX connectors and Power Twist inputs and outputs. Thanks to its cooling fins, the outdoor spotlight runs fanless and thus quietly. An LED display with four control buttons on the back of the unit ensures easy configuration of all functions and settings. The rubberized operating buttons as well as the display are additionally protected against the ingress of moisture.
Versatile use thanks to detachable connection cables
In contrast to conventional outdoor spotlights, the use of screw-type plug connections has been dispensed with in favor of detachable connection cables. This makes the spotlight much more flexible to use and is convincing in handling both for transport in a tour case and in use due to the elimination of annoying cables.
A swiveling mounting bracket for trusses and ceilings or for setting up on the ground gives a lot of leeway for mounting.
