iZotope Insight is a multimeter plug-in with different and individualizeable visualization modules for loudness modification of musicproduction with high precision. This metering software comes with many preinstalled international and regional insdustrial standards nfor loudness metering that can be used easily for the own audio production. Insight is moreover seemlessly integrateable in every DAW with no latency. Furthermorethe metering plug-in offers a big selection of loudness metering presets and supports mono, stereo and surround channel configurations.

The visualization modules of Insight

All modules have got their own usage and function which makes them all together a great tool to have in terms of metering an audio production on a professional level. With the Level module you can for example meter your loudness settings to industrial standards and you get the Peak and RMS displayed. With the Loudness History Graph you can detect problems with the loudness of the production you are working at. The Sound Field Graph allows you to switch between different channel configurations like mono, stereo and surround that all gets visualized in a different advanced way. The module called Spectrogram visualizes audio in 2D or 3D and makes it possibl eto lay some audio tracks over each other to precisely compare their loudness properties. The last module, the Spectrum Analyzer, offers a selection of different diagram visualizations and zoom function for the selcted diagram.
