db Technologies ES 1002 at a glance
The ES 1002 from dB Technologies is an active column system for musicians, speakers or DJs. The subwoofer is equipped with two 12" speakers in bass reflex configuration. At the same time, this also houses the amp module and the control panel, which is arranged at an angle for better operability. The top of the ES1002 is equipped with 8x4" high-mid transducers whose alignment provides asymmetrical vertical coverage. In addition, each 4" speaker has a newly developed phase plug that extends the horizontal dispersion and guarantees perfect intelligibility of the speech area from any listening position.
Inputs
ES1002 has two inputs (XLR mono and RCA stereo with independent volume controls) and provides a balanced output for a second system or even a stage monitor. A rotary control with eight preset EQs helps the user to perfectly tune and adapt the system to different applications (playback, live music, speech, etc.).
