Modeling floorboard with flexible presets and amp simulations
The Zoom B2 Four presents itself as a modern compact modeling floorboard for electric bass, which is suitable for gigging as well as studio use with versatile possibilities and can fulfill any woofer demands with integrated DI modelings, amp sims, 250 factory presets and over 82 effects. A small version of the B6 multi-effects pedal, the B2 Four offers a selection of 250 cross-genre factory presets with customization options in every setting. Furthermore, the handy pedal is equipped with various inputs and outputs, as well as a ground lift switch and adjustable input impedance.
Presets, effects and sounds
The Zoom B2 Four is absolutely brimming with effects, presets and options. Zoom's Multi-Layer IR technology allows you to simulate the tonal qualities of classic amps while adjusting the volume of the Basses on three levels, while six different DI emulations allow you to output famous DI models on the amp. Custom patches of the B2 Four can be easily created with up to five different built-in effects and amp simulations. In addition to serving as a reliable live rig, the B2 Four is also the ideal practice machine, and not just thanks to the headphone jack : the 68 built-in drum rhythms, combined with the handy 60-second looper, also invite you to groove on your own.
Connectivity
Overall, the B2 Four is designed to be as user-friendly as possible, from the large footswitches with cross-button navigation to the smartphone compatibility. The balanced-out allows the footswitch to be coupled to a PA system, while also connecting to external amplifiers thanks to the stereo outs. Of course, the B2 Four can also be connected to the computer as a 2-in/ 2-out audio interface to immortalize self-created patches and combinations on digital recordings. Via the Guitar Lab app, your own effect and preset creations can even be conveniently set and saved via your smartphone. Furthermore, the pre-amp pedal has, among other things, a connection for an expression pedal and an AUX input.
The B2 Four multi-effect pedal for electric bass is not only sonically flexible but also versatile connectivity.
