This state-of-the-art pattern is combined with a proprietary alloy and then given a unique matte finish that enables these L80 Low Volume cymbals to be up to 80% quieter than a traditional cymbal. Zildjian L80 Low Volume 38 Box SetExcellent for home practice. Well made item. I use them with a Roland kit as I do not like the sound of Roland cymbals when the volume on my amp is low because all you hear is the clunk of the drumstick on the hard rubber of the Roland cymbals. These have a better sound and feel.
These cymbals are decent for beginners and those who are 'bedroom players'.
In comparison to some of the budget cymbals by major brands, these are actually better in terms of price.
