The YoloBox from YoloLiv is an intuitive stand-alone solution for creating live streams with multiple image sources. It can stream to up to 3 channels simultaneously and is not picky about the network connection. In addition to the stationary network connection formats such as Ethernet and WiFi, the user also has a SIM card slot at their disposal to be able to stream via the 4G LTE mobile phone network. This makes the YoloBox ideal for people who do not want to do without the highest streaming quality while on the move.
The YoloLiv YoloBox supports many imaging devices (DSLR, DV, Drone, GoPro, USB camera), including Apple or Android devices. Professionals as well as hobby streamers, youtubers, bloggers or organisers of conferences or events can therefore easily integrate their respective equipment. Up to 5 video sources can be managed simultaneously in one stream. In an example setup, 4 of the sources would be fed from the physical inputs of the YoloBox (2x HDMI, 1x USB, 1x SD card), and a fifth source could come from the Internet.
Sound is important, even in a live stream. So the user can specify a fixed source for the audio material, for example the direct sound signal from a camera, or switch the sound source coupled with the image source. In addition, the YoloBox offers an audio input that can either be used to connect an external microphone directly or to feed the sound from an external mixing console or similar. This is particularly practical if, for example, you want to pre-mix a concert or an event with several speakers in an external mixing console.
There are many features available on the fly that are reminiscent of a modern television broadcast. For example, you can create your own watermark and place it freely in the picture. Displays of the score are also possible, for example, if you want to stream a sporting event. Furthermore, various picture-in-picture options are available, for example to show a commentator or to have a player appear at the edge of the picture during a live stream from a game console.
