Silent guitar with Yamaha SRT pickup, cutaway, integrated effects, equalizer and built-in tuner
Yamaha's Silent Guitar models are the ideal choice for touring musicians and studio guitarists. The instruments, which consist of one frame, allow for example silent practice sessions via headphones and extremely easy transport to rehearsal or stage. The Yamaha SLG 200 N has no resonance cabinet and feedback problems are a thing of the past. The SLG 200 models come with Yamaha's own SRT system with integrated tuner and 2-band equalizer. The aim of the SRT is to authentically recreate the body resonance of an acoustic guitar. In addition to the piezo pickup, a microphone simulation was selected that ensures an astonishingly natural sound image. There are also two types of reverb and a chorus effect on board.
The main features of the Yamaha Slient Guitar SLG 200 NW Natural Nylon include:
6-String 4/4 Electro-Acoustic Silent Guitar
Body: Mahogany
Frame: Rosewood & Maple
Neck: Mahogany
Fingerboard: Ebony
Yamaha SRT Powered Pickup

The new Yamaha SLG200 Silent Guitar – Overview with Daniel Ho
I absolutely love this Guitar, I gave this 5 stars for the Playability, the design, the overall look, the feel and the overall Sound, I have several guitars to my collection and this is a gem that I have now added to my recordings, with the Cordoba Stage will make a wonderful blend in the mix. I would certainly recommend this Yamaha Silent guitar for all for the Professional and Semi.

I wanted a classical guitar that was easy to transport and could be played without disturbing others. This is perfect. It is well made, with good intonation and action. The on board fx are great. It means I can really enjoy long trips away from home and not miss out on my favourite hobby of playing the classical guitar.
