With the Yamaha FSX800C RR Ruby Red, the Japanese instrument manufacturer presents an inexpensive western guitar that cuts a strong figure both acoustically and amplified. The full acoustic sound is provided by a solid spruce top and the System 66 provides the sovereign sound for the stage.
The acoustic sound and the playability:
The Yamaha FSX800C comes in a classic manner with a solid spruce top and Nato sides and back. For fuller resonance transmission, the ceiling was provided with a scalloped bracing with an extremely thin finish. Despite the relatively small, compact but ergonomic body, the result is a balanced and powerful sound with clear bass, nuanced mid-range and brilliant highs. A flat neck profile and a flat string position provide easy playability and the cutaway also makes playing in the higher registers a pleasure. In addition, die-cast mechanisms ensure tuning stability and precise tuning.
The System 66 pickup for increased use:
Thanks to the in-house System 66 pickup, the experienced guitarist has full access to the tone control. In addition to a volume control, a three-band equalizer is already integrated, with which bass, midrange and treble can be regulated. The built-in tuner ensures good sound on stage, making precise tuning child's play. Last but not least, the System 66 delivers crystal clear sound with the widest possible bandwidth and amazing dynamics.
