The
Samara II
from
XAOC Devices
is an analog CV and audio processor for ambitious signal manipulation. Mixing, scaling, shifting, waveshaping, inverting, Samara performs a number of tasks and functions of a more experimental nature. The four inputs for audio and CV signals are (inverted) connected to the individual outputs and/or summed and output at outputs 1+2 and 3+4(all). In addition, there are interesting, extended modes that use the existing inputs and outputs for other purposes. Thus, inputs 2-4 can be passed through with Scan. Sample & Hold corresponds to the known result. Clamp limits a third voltage with two voltages in its course. In addition, Min/Max extracts the smallest and largest values from the inputs at the same time, allowing new waveforms to be created, as well as modulations that run against each other.
