The Walrus Audio Slö RedLimited Edition at a glance:
As a multi-texture reverb, the Walrus Audio Slö RedLimited Edition is the perfect sound tool for all fans of dreamy soundscapes and spherical ambient sounds. In addition to three effect algorithms with a strong character, the compact pedal also offers a modulation effect that can be mixed in and a sustain switch that extends the reverb tail to infinity if desired. The usual controls for mix, Decay and filter are also available to control the sound, while the X pot adjusts a parameter depending on the selected algorithm.
WALRUS AUDIO Slö RedLimited Edition with three reverbs full of character
At the heart of the Walrus Audio Slö are three different effect algorithms that promise reverb sounds with a strong character. The Dark algorithm octaves the reverb tail downwards and delivers a deep, nightmarish sound atmosphere if desired. The Rise preset, on the other hand, stands for a particularly wide, slowly swelling reverb that allows slow notes in particular to breathe deeply. Last but not least, the Dream algorithm complements the particularly rich reverb and a variable vibrato effect.
Integrated modulation effect with high variability
The Walrus Audio Slö also offers an integrated modulation effect that brings the reverb tail to life. The Depth control regulates the depth of the modulation as usual, while the modulation rate can be adjusted via its secondary function. Furthermore, three different waveforms can be selected via the secondary function of the algorithm switch, with two asymmetrical forms available in addition to the traditional sine wave with Warp and Sink.
