The Reissued V72 from Vintage is one of the most versatile electric guitars currently available. The basis for this is the semi-hollow alder body, which provides a natural sound body for a remarkable low-end boost and a pleasant warmth in the chords. In combination with the semi-hollow body, the F-hole also allows for cozy unplugged sessions in the living room at home. A four-way bolt-on joint provides the necessary stability between the body and the maple neck, which guarantees accuracy and comfort thanks to the classic vintage "Soft C" profile. The 10" rosewood fingerboard is directly connected to the 43 mm wide GraphTech nut and features 22 medium frets for fast, precise fingering. The two Wilkinson WTB Alnico Single Coil and Wilkinson WDG Ceramic Mini Double Coil pickups enable a maximum range of sounds to be produced in this combination. The single coil pickup on the WTB bridge delivers bell-like chimes and brilliant sounds that will make any amplifier scream. The mini-humbucker, on the other hand, is perfect for naturally warm low-end sounds, which are further enhanced by the resonance of the semi-hollow body. To increase this range even further, the Reissued V72 has a 3-way switch that allows you to switch back and forth between the pickups. Intuitive and convenient control of the sounds produced is ensured by a master volume and tone control.
