The Victory Amplifiers V4 The Jack Preamp is a convenient tube preamp for electric guitar that packs the flexible sounds of the popular The Jack amps into the convenient format of V4 pedals. Accordingly, the preamp turns out to be the ideal sound center for the tour pedalboard or the recording studio.
Two-channel high-voltage tube circuitry
At the heart of Victory's V4 The Jack Preamp is a analogue high-voltage circuit that uses three CV4014 tubes in conjunction with an EC900 to deliver an exceptionally dynamic sound with a lively overtone spectrum and pristine output instrument and playing technique. Channel 1 delivers a lively clean tone that can be increased to a juicy crunch depending on the pickup used and the position of its Volume and Master controls. Channel 2, on the other hand, delivers a powerful overdrive for tight rhythm work and singing leads.

3-Band EQ and Bright Switch
The Victory The Jack Preamp features a musically tuned 3-band EQ that allows you to adjust the character-defining frequency ranges. In addition, the preamp features a three-position bright switch that allows the amp to be optimally matched to the guitar amp in use.
Flexible application possibilities
Last but not least, the Victory Amplifiers V4 The Jack Preamp versatile can be easily integrated into any existing rig. In stand-alone mode, the preamp is placed in front of a guitar amp, power amp or audio interface as usual, while the FX loop allows you to integrate your own effects units. In amp-through mode, The Jack Preamp replaces the preamp of a guitar amp using the four-cable method.
