T.A.F. System: T.A.F. (Triad Air Force) is a patent-pending pneumatic system that automatically and effortlessly lifts the tripod. When the middle coupling is released, the stand automatically lifts with air support.
StarBase: StarBase is a solid cast iron base with retractable legs that adjust for optimal positioning and stow under the base for efficient storage.
BoomStop: BoomStop is a locking mechanism with bolts. Regardless of the weight suspended from the Starbird boom, this ensures safe operation in any position.
