The Traveler Guitar EG-1 Blackout matte Black is a compact travel guitar that makes no compromises in terms of feel and sound. Despite its transport-friendly dimensions, the electric guitar offers the usual 24.75" scale length (628 mm) and a standard-sized neck, so that it convinces with the playing characteristics of a "big" electric guitar. A powerful Seymour Duncan Designed Devastator humbucker with fat pole pieces provides furthermore for powerful rock and metal sounds, which are perfectly staged via the integrated headphone amplifier with four channels. In addition, the electronics of the Traveler EG-1 Blackout offers the possibility to record backing tracks, while the regular jack socket allows the connection to normal guitar amplifiers. Central to the space-saving Traveler design are furthermore the strings routed from the roller bridge behind the body, which are held by centrally placed die-cast tuners.
