The Terré Teak Didgeridoo is a teak didgeridoo, in the key of D, with a natural finish, and produces rich overtones and a great percussive sound. This Didgeridoo is made from the branches of the Teak tree. The wood originates from plantations on the island of Java, Indonesia and is a by-product of the furniture-making industry. The mouth-piece of the Terre Didgeridoos is constructed in such a way that a separate mouth-piece made from wax or silicone is no longer necessary. The over-tone rich sound of this model is tuned in D. These didgeridoos are treated inside and out with linseed oil and carefully freed of chips. As a result, the sound is clearer and crack stability is increased.
The main features of the Terré Teak Didgeridoo include:
This teak didgeridoo is as good as a eucalyptus Didge for a starter such as myself. Looks just as good as eucalyptus wood, the natural patterns of the teak are as good as a painted pattern.
Bees wax added, but so far unnecessary. Mouth piece as shaped just right
As a reasonably priced starter tube, I’m happy.
