The Tech21 Q\Strip combines the classic sound of professional recording consoles from the sixties and seventies in a compact DI box. The Q\Strip's 100% analog MOSFET circuit emulates both the EQ and preamp sections of the former consoles and allows recording with DAWs, mixing consoles or playback via conventional amplifiers. For precise sound shaping, a 4-band equalizer with freely selectable mid frequencies and a high pass filter for reducing the entire low frequencies are available, while the low pass filter at the other end of the frequency spectrum cleans up. Last but not least, numerous connections with a balanced and unbalanced jack output with +10dB switch and an XLR output with optional phantom power are available.
