Electroacoustic travel guitar, solid Sitka spruce top, Black Limba body, ebony fingerboard, 597 mm scale length, ES-B pickup system, including bag
With the GS Mini design, Californian manufacturer Taylor has developed the probably most practical compact design a guitarist could wish for. The Taylor GS Mini-e LTD Black Limba is a strictly limited edition with a truly exceptional look. This limited model features a solid Sitka spruce top, which produces a very clear sound image and very present treble frequencies. A laminated Black Limba body with a slightly curved back provides the appropriate power in the low frequencies and rounds off the sound perfectly, giving the instrument surprising volumes despite its small size. The construction using a mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard, a 42.8 mm nut width and a 597 mm scale length gives the player unique playability making the rather thick strings hardly noticeable. Smooth, chrome-plated die-cast tuners enable precise and easy tuning, which makes the guitar a reliable partner, especially when travelling. The GS Mini comes in a sturdy Taylor GS Mini Hard Bag.
The Taylor GS Mini-e LTD Black Limba is a perfect companion for every traveller.
I took a chance ordering the GS MINI KOA without having played one, based on YouTube videos and reviews I read, and I wasn't wrong on doing so!! What an awesome inspiring instrument! The Koa compressed sound and looks of this guitar are unparalleled! Taylor quality, very comfortable to play and it sounds better than my Epiphone jumbo guitar, both acoustic and plugged in. I have about 6 acoustic-guitars and this is by far the best sounding one. Very pleased with the purchased, very happy with the service received and the extended warranty by DV247.
The koa also sounds (in my opinion) way better than all the other gs mini versions, if you are considering one of these beauties, I truly believe you should go ahead and take the plunge!!

What a fanatastic instrument. The small body (with such a big sound) is perfect for my small body (I'm only five feet, six inches in height) and the 3/4 scale is great too. The nut width and fret spacings are not inhibitory in any way and make stretching for those big chords doable even for my 'sausage' fingers. Everything about the instrument shouts 'quality'; from the satin sheen of the finish to solid and resonant 'clunk' when you plug in the guitar lead - the pick-up/amplification is really true to the unplugged acoustic sound. I've run out of room and superlatives. Thoroughly recommended.
