Electro acoustic guitar, Grand Auditorium, solid Sitka spruce top, rosewood body, sapele neck, pickup system, including case
With the Taylor 214ce DLX Rosewood acoustic guitar, the Californian manufacturer Taylor expands its product range to include a deluxe version of the popular 200 series, which comes in an elegant high-gloss finish and includes a Taylor deluxe hardshell case. The construction of the body allows the guitar to produce an extremely well balanced sound, which is especially pronounced in the high and low frequencies thanks to a solid Sitka spruce top and a laminated rosewood body. Thanks to its lightweight design, the guitar responds very directly and allows for quick sound development with little effort, making this Grand-Auditorium style guitar extremely versatile. A flat sapele neck with an ebony fretboard, in combination with a 648 mm scale length, a 42.8 mm saddle width and a spacious cutaway, allows perfect access to all 20 frets of the fingerboard that is decorated with small diamond inlays. Precious Taylor polished bronze tuners enable a very precise tuning and round off the overall appearance in combination with the high-gloss finish and the eye-catching Tortoise pickguard. In addition, the instrument features a high-quality Expression System 2, which reproduces the acoustic sound of the Taylor 214ce DLX Rosewood guitar in a very natural way.
