The Tama Rhythm Mate defines the new entry-level class at Tama. It is exactly adapted to the needs of aspiring drummers. Simplified tunability due to custom-made lugs as well as the excellently processed and flexible hardware package from Tama make the Rhythm Mate the ideal companion at the beginning of your career.
The high quality poplar shells of the Rhythm Mate produce a solid sound with a good punch. Included are five standard size shells, a complete hardware package consisting of a cymbal stand, a boom cymbal stand, a hihat stand, a single pedal, a snare stand and a throne. All parts are high-quality and reliable in their function.
A special feature of the Rhythm Mate bass drum is the Accu Tune hoop whose claws are completely tightened with square rods. The use of fiberglass also makes the hoop extremely light, which improves the sound in terms of resonance. The other hardware pieces of the Rhythm Mate also have various features that offer beginners sufficient possibilities for adjustment and testing without overtaxing them.
Equipped with the Meinl BCS cymbal set, which consists of hihat, crash and ride cymbals, the budding drummer gets a solid cymbal set, which is perfect for learning due to its composition and rounds off the Rhythm Mate package.
