Dreadnought electro acoustic guitar with thermo-treated top and including case
With the Takamine EF340S TT Thermal Top, the traditional Japanese manufacturer presents an all-solid dreadnought acoustic guitar that owes its powerful sound to a heat-treated spruce top, which also gives the instrument a stylish vintage look. Due to its all-solid construction and a wafer-thin finish, all frequencies are unfolded quickly and cleanly. A mahogany body enriches the bass and midrange frequencies with a pleasant warmth, making the instrument very suitable for vocal accompaniment and expressive strumming. For easy and obliging fretting, the manufacturer relies on a mahogany neck with a fretboard made of the finest ebony, which is equipped with 20 frets that intonate perfectly due to a finely notched nut and matching saddle. The combination of a nut width of 45 mm and a scale length of 644 mm also creates plenty of space to master even complex chords with ease. In order to amplify the acoustic sound, the manufacturer has installed Takamine's own TLD-2 pickup system, which is perfectly tuned to the tone of the instrument. Open tuners with butterbean buttons, multi-ply binding and a tortoise pickguard give the instrument a timeless appearance so that the Takamine EF340S TT Thermal Top not only sounds like a vintage guitar but also looks like one. The overall package is rounded off with a custom-fit Takamine case, which is included in the scope of delivery.
