Acoustic amplifier for guitar and vocals, including 4-button footswitch
The TC Helicon Harmony V60 is a compact yet powerful acoustic amplifier that offers some extremely useful features for singer/songwriters and live performers. The 60-watt amp offers two separate channels for instrument and vocals, an extensive effects section with additional circuits and sounds familiar from TC Electronic effects pedals and a matching 4-button footswitch that makes operating the combo amp during live performances as easy as possible.
60 watts of power and 8" Tannoy speaker with tweeter
With its Class D bi-amplification, the TC Helicon Harmony V60 is easily able to call up enormous power reserves of up to 60 watts at any time, which means that it can also provide sound for larger gigs without any problems. The 8" Tannoy speaker specially developed for the Harmony amplifier, together with the switchable and upward-firing treble tweeter, ensures extremely clear and defined sounds. The result is an extremely differentiated and room-filling sound image that allows both the vocals and the guitar to produce a detailed output even at high-volume settings.
Effects section with Looper and BodyRez
To fine-tune the sound, a variety of different effects are also available for the instrument and microphone channels. The voice channel offers an adaptive Tone switch for polished vocals in studio quality and transparent pitch correction, while two virtual harmony voices can be added at any time. The instrument channel also features a 3-band equalizer and the circuit known from the TC Electronic BodyRez, which gives acoustic guitars with piezo pickups in particular an incomparable body resonance. Spatial reverb and echo effects are equally available for both channels.
Looper section and 4-button footswitch
As a particularly interesting feature for outdoor musicians and live performers, TC Helicon has provided the Harmony V60 with an extensive and easy-to-use looper section. This offers a total recording time of up to 90 seconds with an unlimited number of overdubs and can record and playback the guitar signal, the microphone signal or both together in recorded phrases if required. It is easily controlled via the 4-button footswitch supplied, which not only makes looper functions but also other effects of the Harmony V60 easily accessible by foot.
Numerous connections for stage and studio
The fact that the TC Helicon Harmony V60 feels at home on stage as well as in the Studio or bedroom is proven by its versatile connection options, which are adapted to a wide range of applications. Two separate XLR connections for guitar and mic can be passed on to FOH or mixing consoles and PAs either as a raw DI signal or with effects, individually or in a stereo mix. It is also possible to play backing tracks via Aux In at any time. If you want to enjoy the sound of the Harmony at home, there is a USB port for simple high-quality recordings and a rear headphone connection for silent practising.
