TC Electronic Ditto X2 Looper

The TC Electronic Ditto X2 is a guitar looper effects pedal, building on the original Ditto model with a variety of additional features and looping effects.

While the original TC Electronic Ditto claimed to be the smallest looper pedal ever made, the Ditto X2 more than doubles the original’s footprint, but packs in more than enough new features to justify the increased size.

The Ditto X2 features a five-minute looper with start, stop, undo and redo functions and unlimited overdubs on its dedicated looper footswitch. The unit’s FX footswitch can be used to access the reverse and half-speed loop effects, as well as for stop and clear functions. These loop effects are the first of their kind to be found on a dedicated loop pedal, and offer great inspiration for guitarists.

Using the USB port on the rear of the Ditto X2, you can load pre-recorded backing tracks directly onto the pedal to jam along with! Upload loops you have edited from your DAW, whole tracks from your favourite artists, or use one of the backing tracks that you get free when you buy the unit. In addition, if you create a loop that you want to edit in your DAW, you can store the loop in the pedal and then upload it to your computer!

The TC Electronics Ditto X2 has a stereo input and output, and can be operated on mains power or batteries, or two batteries for extended performance time! Most loop pedals adhere to one of two modes; loop-play-record or loop-overdub-play. Well the Ditto X2 allows for both! Select your preferred mode from a switch in the battery compartment, making it ideal for any guitar looper!
