Swisson X-SP-5R DMX Splitter Single

DMX splitters are the backbone of every DMX512 installation. The XSP models offer highest reliability in professional use on tour or in installation. The specially developed power supply ensures smooth operation even under difficult mains conditions. Each port is optically isolated and very well protected against transient overvoltages. The DMX signal is regenerated and amplified by the XSP without changing the DMX protocol timing. The XSP splitter reduces reflection problems and allows the DMX signal to be distributed over several lines, while an integrated microcontroller constantly monitors the DMX protocol and displays signal or errors.

A variety of XSP models are available to suit a wide variety of applications. The box models have a thread for a clamp and an eye for the safety rope. These models are portable and suitable for crosshead mounting. The rack and double rack models are for 19" rack systems. There are several connection types with 5-pin XLR, 3-pin XLR and pluggable screw terminals, installation versions for wall mounting and direct wiring are also available.
