The Stentor violin Arcadia 4/4 Antique reflects the upper class of Stentor, which more than meets even the highest demands on the instrument. For this high-grade model, Stentor uses a hand-carved spruce top for optimal tone development in the entire body made of intensively figured maple. Each Arcadia violin is crafted by the most experienced luthiers in the Stentor manufactory, giving each instrument its own unique voice. For unrestricted playability, a set made entirely of ebony is also used, while visual refinements such as the traditional shellac finish with inlaid chip skilfully round off the Arcadia violin's noble appearance.
