The Squier FSR Contemporary Telecaster RH RMN Olive is the perfect electric guitar for all musicians who want a classically styled instrument for modern sounds. Accordingly, the Squier Contemporary Telecaster features a lightweight Poplar body in the typical design, while the bolt-on neck made of roasted maple fits comfortably in the hand thanks to its "C" profile. The Squier SQR Atomic and Rail humbuckers installed on the neck and bridge provide a punchy, clearly drawn sound that makes every riff and solo heard expressively without denying the typical Tele twang. Last but not least, the Squier Contemporary Telecaster RH RMN features a 6-saddle hardtail bridge with tone-defining string routing through the body and precision Squier tuners.
The Squier Contemporary Telecaster RH RMN Olive comes in a classic design and convinces with agile playing characteristics and hot sounds.
The rounded "sculpted heel" on the poplar body makes it easy to reach the high registers of the bolt-on Roasted Maple neck.
Telecaster with modern handling
A contemporary interpretation of the time-honored Tele, the Squier Contemporary Telecaster combines classic looks with modern handling. For example, the guitar's lightweight poplar body not only features a belly carve for a comfortable fit against the body, but also a sculpted heel that promises unobstructed access to the higher registers. The neck made of robust Roasted Maple also creates the best conditions for implementing modern playing techniques with its slim "C" profile and 12" fingerboard radius (305 mm).
SQR Atomic and Rail humbuckers elicit powerful and assertive sounds with modern coloring from the guitar amp.
Powerful SQR pickups
At the guitar amp, the Contemporary Telecaster RH convinces with a modern sound that skilfully puts tight riffing and virtuoso solo work in the limelight. The slim SQR Rail humbucker at the bridge promises an extremely powerful sound that does not deny the typical Tele twang and perfectly asserts itself with well-dosed bite even at low tunings in the Mix. The classic format SQR Atomic humbucker on the neck, on the other hand, provides extremely fat cleans and overdrive singing with almost endless Sustain. Control the pickups of the modern Telecaster straightforward with 3-way switch and general volume and tone control.
Squier split-shaft tuners keep the Contemporary Telecaster RH securely in tune.
Reliable hardware equipment
Last but not least, Squier equips the Contemporary Telecaster RH RMN Olive with indestructible Hardware that impresses with unlimited reliability even after frequent band rehearsals and recording sessions. With six block string ers, the Squier 6-Saddle Strings-Through-Body Bridge guarantees accurate intonation and string action adjustment even when using powerful string sets and low tunings, while the string routing through the body supports the guitar's punchy tonal character. On the headstock, painted to match the body, Squier split-shaft tuners also ensure accurate and robust tuning of the electric guitar.
Looks lovely and plays nicely - the guitar has a nice "sparkle" effect to the paint, a bit like metallic paint on the guitar. No sharp frets or rough finishes or anything else to mark it as a cheap guitar, and the roasted maple neck looks and feels very nice.
For the money it costs this is crazy value, if you slapped a Fender badge on this rather than Squier I'm not sure anyone would bat an eyelid.

The specifications on this guitar are, as stated in the advert, unusual for a guitar at this price point. That said, I'd be tempted to swap out the tuners/machine heads and maybe the pickups too. However I need to play it a bit more to be certain. :-)
