The Squier Contemporary Stratocaster HSS RW Pearl White is part of the Squier Contemporary Series 2018. Each instrument features a 4-Bolt Squier neck plate, a “C” shape neck, dot inlays and 22 jumbo frets.
The Contemporary Stratocaster HSS retains the appearance of one of the most recognisable guitars in the world. This guitar has a slim “C” shape neck, 22 jumbo frets and 12” fingerboard radius – ideal for both speed and expression. A single ceramic bridge humbucking pickup and two single-coils (middle and neck) provide high output and tone options, adjustable from a combination of the 5-way pickup selector switch and the tone control. The body finish is complimented by the matching headstock.
The Poplar body wood has excellent projection and resonance, qualities that are mirrored by the Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard. The neck also includes Cream Dot inlays and a Synthetic Bone nut, whilst a 2-Point Synchronized Tremolo with Block Saddle Bridge handles the strings. The hardware has been finished in Chrome.

Squier Contemporary Stratocaster HSS RW Pearl WhiteThis is a great guitar with oodles of bang for bucks. Great sound. The neck is smooth and sleek as is the fretboard and it just wants to be played. I'm sure if you could prise it from my hands it would play itself! Simply Brilliant!
Very pleased, it's a solid guitar fit for purpose with a great look, the Ocean Blue Metallic finish is first rate. I will change the ceramic pickups for a Bare Knuckle Bootcamp set, apart from that I might put vintage springs in the trem, but it plays and sounds just fine as it is - a perfect platform for a little customisation and very good value indeed!
