The Affinity series is growing: With the new Squier Affinity Telecaster Thinline models, Squier is launching a true classic that is not only affordable, but also equipped with all the original Tele-Thinline features. The semi-hollow body with iconic F-hole is made of poplar and is complemented by a maple neck, which is fitted with a 21-fret Laurel fingerboard. The classic "C" neck profile conveys an authentic vintage feel, while the 9.5" fingerboard radius enables a comfortable playing style. Naturally, the Affinity Telecaster Thinline is equipped with two ceramic single coils in the neck and bridge position, which form the heart of the vintage icon and deliver the typical Tele twang. The pickups can be controlled via a 3-way switch, while a master volume and tone control regulates the volume and tone. The Hardware of the electric guitar consists of die-cast tuners with split shanks and the Tele trademark in the form of a classic 6-saddle string-thru-body Tele bridge.
