Phase shifter with extensive features

With the AURRAS Optical Vibraphase, Solid Gold FX releases a powerful Phase shifter that offers extensive modulation options and combines a harmonious blend of classic uni-vibe and modern features. With a fully analogue audio path and detailed adjustment options, exotic sound structures can be modelled, ranging from soft vibrato to dense uni-vibe textures. The two-stage phase shift is achieved via a pair of opto-isolators that can be controlled independently of each other. This enables a clean signal path that operates with as little interference as possible in various LFO settings. The AURRAS Optical Vibrahase thus ensures flawless sonic flexibility that offers limitless modulation functions.

Flexible LFO control and versatile setting options

The AURRAS Optical Vibraphase enables flexible LFO control, which can be individually adjusted using various controls: The LFO speed (SPEED control), the depth of the Phase (DEPTH control), as well as the effect strength on the input signal (DRY MIX control), can be adjusted in a versatile manner, allowing a wide range of vibrato effects to be controlled, right up to heavily modelled uni-vibe sounds. In addition, the offset mode offers further modulation options, allowing the phases of both LFOs to run either in parallel or against each other - rhythmic patterns can also be adjusted using the tap tempo function. Optionally, an expression pedal can be connected to the vibraphase, allowing the speed of the phaser to be influenced and additional individual rhythms to be created.
