Custom DSP powered by HeadRush
The heart of the Sheeran Looper X is its extreme computing power, which it draws from its powerful custom DSP. This was developed by the modeling experts at HeadRush and allows the Looper X to integrate even computationally intensive effects such as automatic pitch correction or intelligent time-stretching into the effects chain without any noticeable latency. Furthermore, the Looper X serves as a complete audio interface that allows seamless recording of song ideas directly on a PC or Mac for further development and perfection.
Numerous connection options
At the rear, the Sheeran Looper X offers a wide range of possible connections that make it ready for use in any environment, from your own living room to the recording studio to the big stage. Four different inputs are available, which are designed as combo sockets and accept either XLR or jack plugs. A switchable 48V phatom power supply is also available for operating condenser microphones. Stereo outputs in XLR and jack format as well as a headphone connection provide suitable connectivity. There are also connections for expression, MIDI and USB on board the Looper X.
The Sheeran Looper offers four XLR/jack combo connections, AUX.In, two balanced XLR outputs with ground lift and two balanced 6.3 mm jack outputs.
Eight robust footswitches are used to control the Sheeran Looper X.

The eight built-in stadium-grade die-cast aluminum pedals are derived from Ed Sheeran's Pedalboard and impress with their quality and durability. This allows the user to retain control of all functions even in hectic situations. The colored LEDs always provide visual feedback on the current status of the pedal.

To add the finishing touches to your performance, the Looper X contains high-quality effects. Numerous virtual guitar pedals are included and particularly helpful are Vocal effects such as"Auto-Harmony", which automatically adds suitable harmonies to your incoming vocal signal, and "Auto-Tune", which analyzes your voice and corrects the pitch at lightning speed.
