Based on the 1968 single coils specially wound by Seymour Duncan for Jimi Hendrix, all three pickups are based on the blueprints of the original and represent a well-balanced'hotter than vintage' output of the 1960s. With a powerful attack and a sound that cuts through the mix, the bridge pickup works, while the middle and neck present classic'Bold' character for Jimi's famous chord/melody play.
