The Sabian HHX Legacy Crash in 19" is a hand-hammered B20 crash cymbal with a brilliant finish and warm, balanced sound. The HHX series from Sabian has been developed for a long time and hits you with innovative innovations, but also with adaptations of proven features. All know-how of the proven Sabian series comes to bear here and delivers perfect cymbals with cult status.
Sabian's high-end cymbals are made from a B20 alloy containing traces of silver in addition to copper and tin in a ratio of 80 to 20 percent. This carefully balanced composition gives the HHX cymbals their incomparably warm yet cutting sound, which can blend into any musical style. Due to a particularly wide and coarse hammering the density is extremely compressed at certain points and the sound development is significantly influenced. In addition to the vintage-look, the HHX cymbals have a captivating appearance.
Sabian has the right cymbal for all tastes and preferences. The HHX cymbals are available in numerous designs, sizes and shapes. All of them small sound wonders with unlimited potential. Sound: warm, dark and very deep; the stick articulation is semi-dry to crisp. The large, twisted and non-hammered bell sounds penetrating and gives the overall sound of the cymbal a bright contrast.
