The Roland Analog Monosynth Collection is a very special software bundle that provides five of the most popular hardware mono synthesizers as authentic emulations for your DAW. On board are Roland's SH-101, SH-2, TB-303, System-100 and the Promars synthesizer - all including the original patches, but also modern sounds that have been newly added.
Also new are extended parameters, an improved arpeggiator, effects and much more, making music production even more efficient in today's world.
At the same time, the plug-out feature for the System-8hardware synth is available to take advantage of both software and hardware.
Thanks to Roland's proprietary circuit modeling technology, you get to feel the full retro energy with the five emulations. The ACB process involves the careful analysis of original hardware units, circuit diagrams and other historical data. This information is used to recreate the authentic circuit behavior of the vintage instruments - including all the beloved "quirks" and instabilities that give these synthesizers their amazingly lifelike sound and organic response.
SH-101
The
SYSTEM-100
The SYSTEM-100 software synthesizer combines the features of the original Model 101 synthesizer and the Model 102 expander modules from the SYSTEM-100, resulting in an incredibly fat and versatile two-oscillator monosynth with modular routing capabilities.
SH-2
In the late 1970s, synthesizers underwent a major evolution with the introduction of polyphony and built-in memory for patches. While the world's synthesizer manufacturers were developing these new technologies, Roland launched a seemingly simple monophonic synthesizer - the now classic SH-2. Known for its raw vintage sound, the SH-2's two VCO plus sub-oscillator configuration delivers devastatingly fat basses, sharp leads and wild effects.
TB-303
With an unmistakable sonic signature bursting with warmth, energy and character, the Roland TB-303
PROMARS
A sibling of the legendary JUPITER-4, this rare and wonderful synthesizer from 1979 boasts an impressive voice with a dense, rich sound and is increasingly sought after on the used market.
