With the NT-USB, the Australian manufacturer Rode presents a USB cardioid condenser microphone in studio quality. It has an integrated audio interface with 16 bit/48 kHz and works driverless (plug’n’play) with Mac / PC, and iPad (optional Apple Camera Connection Kit required). The integrated headphone jack allows zero-latency monitoring. It is also possible to regulate the balance between the direct sound from the microphone and the playback from the computer.

Well engineered and solid design. Size good on desktop and meetings attendees have commented positively on sound quality. Am not in a position to compare with other competitive products as didn't buy them. Purchased several items for my team - they're all equally happy.
What to say. This mic impressed me out of the box. I was thinking its not so big. As soon as you take it out of the box - you can understand this is Quality. Nicely designed, well shaped, impressed.
