I purchased this to house an extensive CD collection, whittling down 2,000+ CDs during the process of digitising. I managed to get around 600 CDs (in soft slim cases) into this flight case. The build quality is solid rather than stellar - perfect for my needs where not much travel is involved. The case remains sturdy and portable when filled and the wheels and trolley handled are a great feature for moving it around.
