The Stormnest from Rides In The Storm is a very compact Eurorack modular system housing with an internal power supply. The Case offers space for 3U modules in two rows of 66 HP each. The busboard is supplied with power via the external power supply unit and delivers +12 V: 1000 mA / -12V: 1000 mA / 5V: 500 mA; there are 20 connections for modules. The maximum installation depth is 33 mm. The USB charging port supplies external equipment with a voltage of up to 0.5 mA, which is sufficient for small, digital desktop synthesizers, for example. In addition to the power supply unit, the scope of delivery includes a color-matching desktop stand on which the Case can be set up in six positions. This is a very convenient solution for User users with chronically limited desk space or a focus on ergonomic patching. There is also the paddedStormbagtransport bag with shoulder strap, in which the fully equipped Stormnest Case and some accessories can be stored.
