With BOC, Rides In The Storm introduces an analog oscillator with discrete circuitry and stable tracking. Due to its design, BOC delivers an assertive sound and provides the waveforms ramp, triangle, sine and square. The module can be switched between VCO and LFO mode via a button. A special feature of this oscillator is the extensively equipped sub oscillator, which provides octave -1 with triangle, saw & pulse, octave -2 with sine, saw & pulse as well as quint with triangle and pulse in parallel. With focus on the bass range BOC should be ahead in its guild. The Softsync input can be set to sync intensity with Offset and works best with a square waveform to create the classic sync sounds and behaves like a reset in LFO mode. For modulation there is an exponential and a linear FM input with attenuator. The pulse width for the main wave can be controlled manually and via control voltage and its own attenuator. The pulse width of the square wave outputs of sub-1 and sub-2 can be modulated separately via CV.
