RCF 's NX 945-A professional-powered loudspeaker offers innovative technologies and otherworldly sound for PA rental companies, bands and DJs. The combination of a 4" titanium/neodymium compression driver, a 15" neodymium woofer, a 2-channel 2100-watt peak power amplifier and a Constant Directivity True Resistive Waveguide provides consistent 100° x 70° coverage of the listening area with up to 135 dB SPL of distortion-free sound. No matter or as a stand-alone FOH system, satellite (with subwoofer), stage monitor or flown: The compact NX 945-A loudspeaker is powerful and reliable. Thanks to RCF-exclusive FiRPHASE and Bass motion control algorithms, which are precisely tuned to each model, your audience will experience absolutely transparent sound reproduction and an extensive, powerful bass range.

The easily transportable, tour-ready wooden cabinet is durable and can be securely mounted on a tripod, flying, wall or truss via the various mounting points.

Bass Motion Control

For extended bass response and more power, the standard high-pass filter has been replaced with the advanced BMC (Bass Motion Control). The NX 9 Series with BMC handles even the lowest audible frequencies without compromising bass driver stability for a linear, extended bass range and balanced sound. BMC is an algorithm that comprehensively analyzes the dynamic behaviour of the woofer and limits only excessive excursions based on this specific data. This allows complete freedom in signal reproduction through the transducer. Standard high-pass filters are designed to prevent damage to the bass driver, but at the same time, they also influence the phase behaviour. Thanks to the BMC algorithm, this problem is now history. Combined with FiRPHASE technology, BMC elevates the NX 9 Series to a new Level in terms of audio performance in this speaker class.

Rugged and ready for touring

RCF's newest loudspeaker shines as an FOH system or even as floor monitors. Its flexibility makes it the perfect choice for a variety of live sound applications. The durable wooden cabinet is easy to transport thanks to side handles. There is a threaded steel flange on the bottom for mounting on a tripod or spacer pole. All models can alternatively be mounted flying, on the wall or on a truss using the six integrated M10 mounting points and the Quick-Lock pin mounting points. With its wooden cabinet, textured finish and front grille, this NX 9 Series speaker is suitable for both permanent installations and intensive touring use. Finally, the speaker features True Outdoor Protection (TOP) PowerCON TRUE1 power connections. These robust connectors are absolutely leak-proof and offer IP standard protection (IP65 when plugged in) and 50E-compliant UV protection.
