Indestructible mono jack socket with additional plug contacts The Pure Tone Jack follows the simple but ingenious concept of double contact surfaces and ensures long-lasting and reliable signal transmission. Two opposite contact clamps for tip and shaft hold the plug in place and prevent unwanted crackling and noise, while the 100% increase in contact area increases both signal strength and the frequency component of the bass and treble.

Used to upgrade the jack on a Les Paul - sound is notably improved and jack feels considerably more planted in the socket - a simple upgrade for so little money makes this the best value for money item we have spent on this guitar - will definitely be using this upgrade on all future guitars
