The Pioneer DJ - DJM-S11 is a professional 2-channel, 4-deck DJ battle mixer with customizable 4.3-inch touchscreen display. The DJM-S11 brings improvements to various elements of its predecessor DJM-S9, and offers a host of brand new features that enable better performance with Serato DJ Pro and rekordbox.
In addition to a streamlined design, larger pads and low latency, this professional battle mixer offers a high quality sound of the highest quality. In addition, the MAGVEL FADER PRO has been redesigned and 22 integrated effects including the new Beat FX are available. In addition, the Deck 3-4 mode allows you to play and control up to four tracks or samples simultaneously without using your laptop. Smooth Echo lets you trigger echo effects automatically using any fader or pad.
Scratch Bank mode, when used with Serato DJ Pro, provides quick access to scratch samples via the Performance Pads. Touch MIDI allows you to customize and assign functions directly from the DJM-S11. In addition, the DJ - DJM-S11 is equipped with two dual USB ports for simultaneous connection of two laptops or direct connection of DJ controllers or CDJs.
Since the introduction of rekordbox 6.0 in April 2020, there are a lot of new features and a new subscription system with the three models, Free (free), Core and Creative (paid subscription - not included). The Pioneer DJ - DJM-S11 acts as a hardware unlock device and activates Performance & DVS mode without the need to subscribe to a paid plan. On top of that, the DJM-S11 Plug-and-Play with Serato DJ Pro runs without the need for license activation. A voucher for the Serato Pitch 'n Time DJ expansion pack is also included.
The color touch screen of the DJM-S11 is high resolution and displays waveforms or BPM information, for example. It can also be customized to your own taste and is perfect for browsing tracks.
The touch FX view allows you to control two effects simultaneously with a finger movement. This leaves the other hand free for scratching with the crossfader or triggering the performance pads.
Thanks to the Deck 3-4 mode, you can access two additional decks via the touch screen without using your laptop. With these two decks you can control EQs, hot cues, pitch bend and more to create live mash-ups from multiple tracks.
For those who work with Serato DJ Pro, the DJM-S11 provides two powerful additional features. Deck Move allows you to reassign tracks from Deck 1 to 4 and Deck 2 to 3 without interrupting playback. By turning on Dual Deck Control, you can change volume and effect parameters for two decks at once, or scratch with two tracks at once.
