The name Eliminator is a household name in drum circles, and there is hardly a drummer in the world who has not even come into contact with these legendary pedals anywhere. With the pedals of the Eliminator "Redline" series, the Japanese manufacturer of drums, hardware and percussion instruments opens another chapter in this unprecedented success story.
The Eliminator Redline series combines the power and flexibility of the original Eliminator foot machines with the flowing speed of the Pearl Demon Drive pedals. With a series of far-reaching changes, the Eliminator Redline foot machines manage to give drummers a tool perfectly tailored to their needs, or better: the foot.
The high-end ball bearings of the Eliminator Redline pedals come from developers in the skateboard industry and enable very fast and smooth motion sequences. The "Click-Lock" spring setting maintains the set tension even when the pedal is subjected to heavy use. In addition, the spring is also flexibly attached at the lower end, so that it can move along with any movement, thus reducing resistance and enabling a more fluid movement sequence overall.
Like its predecessor, the QuadBeater comes with 4 playing surfaces (2x plastic, 2x felt), but the "Control Core" is fundamentally different from its predecessor because the elastomer core eliminates vibrations. The result is a better, finer feel. The footboard of the Eliminator Redline pedals can be moved to three different positions to adjust the power transmission. The "Roller Hoop Clamp", with which the pedal is attached to the tension tire, is suitable for all tension tire thicknesses and holds the pedal in place without damaging the sensitive tension tire.
