Parlor-acoustic guitar with solid mahogany top, mahogany body, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and including case
With the new PRS SE Parlor 20 Tobacco Sunburst, cult manufacturer Paul Reed Smith presents a traditional Parlor Western guitar with classic looks and signature features.
Woods and construction
A construction consisting of a solid mahogany top and a mahogany body creates a very mid-range sound that is very reminiscent of the tones of the good old blues era. Framed by a cream-colored herringbone binding, the top material can vibrate very freely thanks to a very thin matte finish and thus produces an extremely fast and loud response. Thanks to a mahogany neck with wide-fat profile, the sound wonder is particularly easy to grip in all 20 frets and offers thanks to a slim nut width of 42.9 mm and a scale length of 628 mm enough space to master even complicated scales flawlessly.
Hardware
Machineheads with butterbean buttons and a bone bridge inlay allow precise tuning and produce perfect intonation in all registers. The PRS-typical bird inlays adorn the dark ebony fingerboard and, in combination with the eye-catching headstock, give the guitar the appearance that die-hard PRS fans particularly covet. The PRS SE Parlor 20 Tobacco Sunburst comes with a matching carrying case.
