In addition to the mahogany body with chic flamed maple top, the electric guitar features a glued maple neck, whose flat "Pattern Thin" profile guarantees extremely agile playing characteristics on the ebony fingerboard with the coveted Bird inlays. On the guitar amp, powerful PRS \m/ humbuckers also provide wide-ranging metal tones with crisp definition. Last but not least, the namesake Floyd Rose Original double-locking tremolo completes the PRS Custom 24 Floyd BlackGold Burst.

Fine woods and detailed workmanship
For the construction of the Custom 24 Floyd guitar, the luthiers and Paul Reed Smith use only selected woods that lead to a perfect sound and playing experience. Selected mahogany is used for the body, while the solid curly maple top features a characterful and even flame. The glued maple neck, with its well-shaped "Pattern Thin" profile, offers the perfect balance between rich feel and smooth playability, so that even fast riffs and solos come off easily. In the ebony fingerboard provide furthermore traditional bird inlays for best orientation between the 24 frets.
Two PRS \m/ humbuckers with powerful ceramic magnets provide hot sounds at the amplifier, while the Floyd Rose tremolo acknowledges even violent whammy bar actions without detuning.

Two PRS \m/ h umbuckers are used as pickups on the Custom 24 Floyd BlackGoldBurst . Specially designed for guitarists of the harder genres, the pickups rely on powerful ceramic magnets to achieve an extremely hot Output. At the guitar amp are accordingly aggressive, yet cleanly articulated sounds available, the riffs with tight response whip out of the speakers, while solos with long Sustain are made to sing. Via the 5-way blade switch, the coils of the humbucker furthermore can be called up in different combinations, so that several sound nuances are available in the guitar sound.

High quality hardware
The equipment of the PRS Custom 24 Floyd Black GoldBurst electric guitar is completed by high-quality hardware.
