Structure and sound

With its mahogany body and mahogany top, the RRG30E-DD delivers high punch and a clear, compact sound to boot. Especially the mids are extremely well articulated here. At the same time, the distinctive cone resonator made of aluminum lends the characteristic twang rich in overtones and additionally increases the sound volume for a successful stage performance. These properties make the instrument ideal for blues, Bluegrass and folk.

Playability

Besides its unique sound, the guitar impresses with comfortable handling. Its mahogany neck with Blackwood fingerboard fits well in the hand and fulfills the necessary requirements for flatpicking and strumming due to a nut width of 43 mm. Also noteworthy are the compact parlor design and the shortened scale length of 628 mm, which are especially advantageous for smaller players.
