OKKO FX Cocaine

With the Okko FX Cocaine, the effects company from Leipzig presents a completely analog opto-compressor, which turns out to be a versatile sound tool on the pedal board with extensive control possibilities. The Sustain and Squash controls allow intuitive compression tuning, with the first influencing the decay time of the notes played, while the second influencing the characteristics of the effect. In addition, an active 2-band tone control is available to effectively shape the sound image. Last but not least the Okko Cocaine has a switchable boost, which is located behind the compressor. The "Boost" control allows a broadband boost of the overall signal starting from the neutral 0 position when turned clockwise, while turning counterclockwise allows a lead boost with tightened bass and protruding mids.
