The Impact GX mini from Nektar is a compact master keyboard with a 25-key velocity sensitive minikeyboard. Some of the keys can be reprogrammed for other tasks or offer direct access to your own sound library. Thanks to the dedicated transport keys, quick operation of the most important DAW functions is guaranteed. The following DAWs are supported: Bitwig, Cubase, Digital Performer, Garageband, Logic, Nuendo, Reaper, Reason, Sonar and Studio One. Since a small keyboard also means compromises, the Part 2 function comes into play at Impact GX mini: simply press one of the Part 2 buttons while playing and you can transpose, play over an octave or play on a different MIDI channel. After releasing the Part 2 buttons, the keyboard returns to its original settings.
