Native Instruments Maschine Mikro mk2 is a USB controller and groove station in one. Basically, Maschine Mikro is the handier version of the NI Maschine hardware controller, which means that this DAW controller is equipped with the same multicolor pads and knobs and also comes with the same effects and software. Worth noting, for example, is the Native Instruments Komplete Select software included with the Maschine Mikro mk2, which gives you more than 6GB of sounds, samples and loops. Used as an instrument, thanks to the multicolored pads, beats, drum loops or basslines can be created, assigned effects and mixed very quickly. Maschine Mikro is therefore just as suitable for live performances as it is for home recording and studio recording applications.

easy to use. I never had to look at the instructions , there is thousands ways to use it the way you prefer , i mean you can use it as a groove box for beats , as sequencer or even as a keyboard . I also like very much the fact that you buy it with a free download of the vst Massive and others such komplete elements which has reaktor among others great ones , you can also expect a 25€ voucher for native instruments items . have fun rock on :)
Very easy to install and start to use, lot of tutorials on the web wich cover almost you need to know. A great pack of native instruments plug-ins comes as bundle with mashine mikro, you can make any style of music, or use it to sound for animation, movies or sound design. I recomend it!
