The NS Design WAV4 Omni Bass Amberburst Gloss combines the comfortable playability of an electric bass with the sound profile of a double bass. The four-string can be played in the classical upright position as well as in the electric bass position at right angles to the body, so that those who are curious can find the usual playing conditions. The NS Design WAV4 Omni Bass features a continuous maple neck and a compact body made of the same material. The rosewood fingerboard has the "TransRadius", which tapers from 9.25" at the saddle to 2" at the end of the fingerboard and thus lies exactly between electric and double bass. The integrated, passive NS Design Polar Directional piezo pickup system also delivers authentic sounds, with different operating modes available for Arco and Pizzicato playing.
