First-class tone woods
Music Man relies on premium tone woods for the construction of the BFR StingRay 5. The lightweight okoume body colors the sound with a strong character, while the five-piece maple neck offers comfortable playing characteristics up to the 22nd stainless steel fret of the rosewood fingerboard.
Neodymium pickup and high-quality hardware
An extremely powerful Music Man neodymium humbucker, whose coils can be called up in different circuits by means of a 3-way switch, and the 3-band tone control fed with 18 volts promise particularly versatile bass sounds with an ever-present StingRay character on the bass amplifier. naturally, a Music Man top-load bridge made of steel and precise Music Man lightweight machine heads complete the BFR StingRay 5 Special Ginger Burst from Music Man.
