The Monzani72 Bass chromatic accordion features 34 keys with a range of G-E3, 72 basses, five treble stops and Italian reedplates. Due to the coordinated combination of high-quality alloy material and non-native wood, the Monzani accordion is about five percent lighter than other accordions with comparable features. The body follows Italian design, which is noticeable by an elegant as well as timeless appearance. The red pearloid finish gives the accordion a noble touch. The reedplates are made of Italiansteel strips. They have a beautiful timbre, a sonorous sound and are built to last. The bellows are made, on the one hand, of reinforced special paper that impresses with its robustness and flexibility and, on the other, of a frame made of aerospace aluminum; this combination achieves a good balance of light weight, quiet handling and optimal air volume. The scope of delivery includes a protective case that protects the instrument from minor damage and contamination when not in use, as well as the adjustable carrying strap.
