General Midi sound module with 100 internal drum patterns and guitar input
The Pianobox USB from Miditech contains 128 GM sounds, nine drum kits and a SFX kit and thus turns any master keyboard into a full-fledged keyboard. Via the guitar input (Hi-Z / DI) every guitarist can start his own session to the 100 internal drum patterns! The USB connection turns the Pianobox into a full class compliant MIDI interface; so every PC/Mac recognizes the Pianobox USB as an external sound module.

It's a very useful thing if you don't want to switch on your computer every time you want to use your MIDI keyboard. The sound it produces is very clear. You can connect your headphones or speakers to Pianobox. It is also possible to use it with a DAW

Works with many USB keyboards. Exceptional performance.
Best is not having to buy a USB to Midi converter (£100). Works perfectly, so far, with a Korg Microkey2 - 49, Korg Nano Key2, Arturia Keystep in both USB and MIDI DIN mode.
The Nano Key2 makes for a very transportable package.
